Count the thing sold at the quoted price
A lid sleeve of fifty and a lid case of one thousand are not the same purchase unit. Both selected Karat records state twenty sleeves of fifty per case. EP-ST770 instead has four hundred straws per pack and twenty-four packs per case. The site keeps those structures separate so a person entering two cases does not accidentally calculate two sleeves, or multiply a full case count by an additional pack factor.
Build the quantity chain once
For the lid case, twenty times fifty equals one thousand pieces. For the straw case, twenty-four times four hundred equals 9600. Once that total is established, multiplying cases by the total already accounts for the inner packs. Do not multiply a second time by the sleeve count. The local target tool reports added pieces, final pieces and surplus separately so the arithmetic can be checked against the actual selected selling unit.
Treat an inner pack offer as its own quoted unit
The official Eco-Products store offers the selected straw in both a 400 pack and 9600 case. A target calculation can therefore use either of those supported options, each with its own observed price. By contrast, this site has not verified an independently sold fifty-lid sleeve at the selected case seller’s displayed price. Dividing the case price by twenty is useful merchandise arithmetic, but it does not create a confirmed sleeve-only checkout option.
Reconcile a received shipment before recording stock
If an order is expected to contain two thousand selected lids, compare the carton label and actual packaging count with two full thousand-lid cases. A smaller shipment or a changed product suffix needs supplier clarification before it becomes held stock in the tool. The tool cannot inspect sealed contents or confirm usable condition. Save the selected code, quoted selling unit and received count so a later reorder does not rely on a verbal description such as two boxes.
Audit one multiplication before placing the order
For two selected dome cases, multiply two by one thousand to obtain two thousand lids. Do not then multiply that result by twenty sleeves. If a receiving note says forty sleeves, the same structure can be reconciled as forty times fifty. Both paths should describe the same expected count. A mismatch should prompt a check of the quoted selling unit and carton labels, not a silent adjustment to make the totals appear consistent.
